Customer Service Facilities - Warehouse Manager

Job Details The Customer Service Facilities (CSF) Manager is responsible for warehousing and related activities associated with operations of the Palmyra (PA) and the Fort Wayne (IN) Customer Service Facilities within the Dry Retail Network for General Mills. You'll lead and nurture the 3PL (third-party logistics) warehousing relationship, operational expectations, and performance results. Develop and maintain an effective, on-going relationship with Sales, Integrated Customers Solutions, transportation, replenishment, and customers to ensure goals are met. Participates in setting performance expectations and metrics with Fort Wayne and Palmyra CSF's. Conducts regular performance feedback reviews with facilities and 3PL's to ensure all human and food safety, service, cost and other expectations are met. Participates in contract negotiations and collaborates in the development of 3PL contracts with Global Sourcing and the Dry CSF Start-up Manager. Supports development of annual warehousing budgets in conjunction with Supply Chain/Site Finance Leads, Replenishment Leads and the Network Performance Team. Responsible for adherence to annual budgets and collaborates on the analysis and reporting of variances. Collaborate with Operating Units, the Dry Strategy Manager, Replenishment Leads, and Transportation in the identification and execution of HMM initiatives. Influence the Business on HMM strategy, goal alignment/gaps, consult on large projects and represent Warehousing in Logistics Loss Analysis and HMM activities. Foster a continuous improvement environment within assigned CSF facilities and in collaboration with associated 3PL's. Responsible for identification and implementation of HMM initiatives through the use of CI. DDS/WDS GMI leader for the Fort Wayne and Palmyra Facilities. Coordinate ISDO (Special Pack operations) within the CSF structure.                                                                                                                                                               Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ yrs related work experience Interpersonal effectiveness, strong organizational & communication skills, and the ability to achieve results in a cross-functional team environment Working knowledge of Logistics Operations Additional Qualifications: Understanding of Continuous Improvement tenets with demonstrated results Ability to influence external and internal partners in decisions that enable business results Personal initiative to deliver solid results. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
