Senior Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead and manage all our Ecommerce sales operations in line with DAS Companies, Inc., business objectives and Ecommerce strategies.



This key role is responsible for understanding the existing Ecommerce landscape while achieving financial objectives established by VP of Sales and/or National Sales Manager and maximizing existing and future online marketplaces. The Sr. Ecommerce Manager?will identify and manage any third-party systems and agencies to continually improve the product mix, user experience (including customer service), buying experience using available analytics, software and tactics to improve return on all investments.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in online merchandising or retail category management, experience selling on Marketplaces, managing a DTC web store/presence with a forward-thinking mentality, strong analytical skillset, technical savvy and Ecommerce fulfillment understanding and Ecommerce ?best practices? mindset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


???????? Responsible for the overall growth of online Marketplaces (AMAZON).


???????? Develop internal/external Ecommerce relationships with key partners/vendors and evaluate/manage any existing partner relationships.


???????? Develop and execute a DTC strategic business plan including brand rationale, pricing philosophy,?gross margin optimization, and ROI.


???????? Ability to learn new technology tools and maximize usefulness toward goals.


???????? Create expanded assortment strategies for existing/additional market segments.


???????? Identify, Report and capitalize on emerging market trends through detailed analysis available.


???????? Work cross-functionally with various internal teams to maximize Ecommerce sales operations.


???????? Assumes responsibility for online customer service, issue resolution and chargeback monitoring?? being the single point of contact for Ecommerce escalations.?


???????? Hands on product optimization: research, keywords, pricing, image capture, copy/descriptions.


Skills and Qualifications:


???????? Candidate must have?5 - 8 years of experience in online merchandising.


???????? Experience selling on the Amazon marketplace.


???????? Online DTC sales experience.


???????? Strong Ecommerce analytics and financial acumen is a must.


???????? Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an enduring customer-first attitude.


???????? Organized, motivated self-starter comfortable in a collaborative environment:?yet capable to excel working independently.


???????? Ability to think both strategically and tactically with excellent attention to detail.


???????? Be highly accountable, possessing a can-do attitude and a strong results orientation.


???????? Able to teach and influence others on techniques and procedures that improve performance.


???????? High level integrity, honesty and energy.



Travel:


???????? Minimal domestic travel, less than 10%.


???????? The Sr. Ecommerce Manager must have a flexible attitude to travel as needed per business demand.

Education and Experience:


???????? BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications


???????? Relevant hands-on experience integrating with Ecommerce portals and product optimization.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
