Ecommerce Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to maintain and grow our Ecommerce sales operations.?
The Ecommerce Sales Specialist?will execute daily marketplace operations and maintenance to ensure accurate and timely order entry, account support/communications, accurate product merchandising and return/chargeback litigation and monitoring.

This person will be responsible for ensuring online marketplace operations, run efficiently, upholding brand particulars, providing opportunity for generating and sustaining sales growth with existing (Amazon, SPS Commerce, CommerceHub) and additional marketplaces.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Manage order operations among online marketplaces and internal order system (AS400).


  • Manage product inventory across online marketplaces and corporate ERP system (Cognos).


  • Manage and optimize inventory libraries and product pricing based on departmental pricing goals.


  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with marketplace representatives.


  • Thinks analytically and comfortable communicating trends and KPI?s.


  • Trains system associate(s) backup, to ensure knowledge and skill-set growth.


  • Assumes responsibility for issue resolution and being a single point of contact for escalations.?



Skills and Qualifications:




  • Candidate must be effective communicator, in person, on the phone, and via email:?
    internal and external.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an enduring customer-first attitude.


  • Organized, motivated self-starter comfortable in a collaborative environment:?
    yet capable to excel working?independently.


  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and other MS Office Suite applications).


  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with excellent attention to detail.


  • Be highly accountable, possessing a can-do attitude and a strong results orientation.


  • Able to teach and influence others on techniques and procedures that improve performance.


  • High level integrity, honesty and energy.?



Travel:




  • Minimal domestic travel, less than 5%.


  • The Ecommerce Specialist must have a flexible attitude to travel as needed per business demand.



?Education and Experience:




  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.


  • Previous hands-on Ecommerce experience preferred.



Physical Demands/Environment:




  • Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; use close vision; ability to adjust focus.


  • Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; use color vision and depth perception.


  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; use distance and peripheral vision; work in high places and outdoor weather conditions; exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
