SafeLink Wireless - Full-Time Customer Service Representative

Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Process mobile services to customers who qualify for the SafeLink Mobile phone.
o Meet or exceed activation goals on a weekly basis.
o Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
o Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
o Accurately document and report sales.
o Ensure work station is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
o Sales experience is a plus!
o 18 years of age or older.
o MUST be able to work weekends.
o Ability to walk/stand 6-8 hrs daily and lift up to 20 lbs.
o Excellent work attendance and punctuality.
o MUST be able to pass a background check.
o Reliable transportation is needed.
