- Assist with relationship management by maintaining donor databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records - Support email marketing campaigns by creating and sending engaging content to donors and supporters - Conduct research on potential donors, grant opportunities, and fundraising trends - Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including social media management and website updates - Coordinate volunteer management activities, including recruitment, training, and recognition - Assist with planning and executing fundraising events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee management - Utilize software systems such as Raiser's Edge to track donations, generate reports, and analyze fundraising data - Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns and identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Previous experience in a development or fundraising role is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with donor management software such as Raiser's Edge is a plus - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
