As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle and move materials safely and efficiently, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Duties - Operate a variety of equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials - Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, locate items, and update records - Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, stacking, and organizing materials - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas or shipping/receiving departments - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements - Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment - Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues - Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team If you are a motivated individual with experience in material handling and a strong commitment to safety, we encourage you to apply for this position.
