- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas - Sweep or scrub floors - Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars - Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards - Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures is a plus - Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from supervisors Skills:
