Responsible for accurate count of finished goods, produce, ingredients, and packaging materials.
Keeps records and prepares reports on computer.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintains perpetual inventory including cycle counts and comparison to actual counts.
Corrects inventory Retains and reports old product.
Flags any mis-rotated product or ingredient.
Complete daily cycle counts on all salads.
Count potato inventory every morning.
Perform cycle counts according to the cycle count schedule.
Complete a physical inventory as requested by management.
Some overtime will be required as necessary.
Individual may be asked to work in another department if needed as determined by the Inventory Control Supervisor or Warehouse Inventory Manager.
Ensure food safety in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Position has a certain number of physical demands.
All employees may be cross trained to perform any of the responsibilities listed for all shifts and for both plants.
(East and West) Physical and Environmental Factors:
Work environment is at a consistent 35 degrees to - 15 degrees Fahrenheit Plant temperature is maintained within the range of 45 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit Food allergens present include eggs, milk, tree nuts, shellfish, and peanuts Proper clothing, shoes, hair restraints and other attire must be worn as required; jewelry and nail polish are strictly prohibited in production areas Ability to lift 25 pounds approximately 50 times a day, with or without accommodation Regularly standing and walking to perform duties Job Type:
