Front Office Administrator Overview:
Freedom Recruiting has an opening at an independent, physician owned medical practice in the front office.
Location:
Palmyra PA, on-site Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours /week with rotating shifts & rotating Saturday's Compensation:
Sign on bonus
hourly rate based upon experience

Summary:
Reporting to the front office supervisor, this position will have four key components including but not limited to reception, phone room, daily patient interactions & data entry.
Responsibilities:
Daily patient interactions regarding check in / out, documentation, co-pays & phone calls Scheduling of tests or follow-up visits Faxing, copying, data entry & medical records documentation Obtain records from other practices & facilities Organize, clean & restock reception area as needed Requirements:
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Excellent organization and communication skills Demonstrated proficiency of computer skills Ability to work in team setting & independently Job Type:
