Role:
The Smokemaster is responsible for monitoring the temperatures of the smokehouses.
the wooding of the fires, and taking the pH readings of the product.
The Smokemaster is responsible for the accurate recording of data.

Warehousing and Logistics experience is helpful as well as food manufacturing experience if you have it.
Responsibilities:
Record the temperatures of the product, take the pH, and determine how much wood should be placed on the fire every two hours.
Accuracy checks of the smokehouse temperature probes.
Calibration of the pH meter.
Transport wood for fires from outside storage and ensure there is enough.
Assist with sanitation duties as necessary Ensure food safety and food defense within the plant.
We look for employees who effective, clear, and concise communication skills, computer/technology literacy and problem-solving skills.
You must have day to day flexibility and be able to work in varying temperatures.
The hours for this position are from 3:
30 PM until midnight each week night.
Compensation- We provide an amazing benefit package that include fully paid medical, dental, vision and a lot of other benefits.
The starting wage for this job is $21.
